Following this inclination, he graduated in telecommunications engineering and immediately started working in a company, dealing with both the technical and commercial aspects.<strong> Alessio Angioli has already gained extensive experience before starting his own business and founding his company<\/strong>: <strong>\u00ab<\/strong>I realized that the world of telecommunications was changing. I no longer shared the philosophy of the company I worked for, where customers were increasingly seen as a number on an invoice rather than as people. That's why I chose to leave and start my own company,\" he tells Assoprovider.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In 2008<strong> Alessio brings his to life <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.globalnetitalia.it\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>GlobalNet Italia <\/strong><\/a><strong>that offers tailor-made services for companies<\/strong>, such as telephone switchboards, local networks or internet, cable or wifi connections, and recently also mobile solutions: \u00abWe have created a consortium consisting of two Localnets, one in Florence and one in Livorno. We started with a philosophy of flexibility, which today sees us going to the client, studying a tailor-made and secure connectivity project. Secure because we always offer two types of connectivity with different technologies, a primary and a secondary, to always ensure connectivity even in case of failure,\u00bb explains Angioli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>The challenge for every proximity operator: trust<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During our interview, he also reveals what the biggest challenge for a proximity operator is, <strong>or gain the trust of customers, and offers advice on how to work to build customer loyalty<\/strong>: \"The telecommunications market is characterized by its continuous developments, driven by technical changes and regulatory challenges. The major players offer advantages for us small and medium operators, namely the promises they do not keep. To leverage these advantages, we proximity operators must demonstrate to the customer not only our technical skills and knowledge but also the willingness to accompany and support them along a path of improvement.\"<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Thanks to this philosophy, GlobalNet has achieved significant milestones, such as a team of 35 people and <strong>two prestigious awards obtained, for the attention to the sustainability of its projects (from the Gruppo le Fonti Awards) and for the security systems (H d\u2019Oro award).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Answers in times of need<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alessio already knew some companies that were part of Assoprovider and then chose to join as a partner to \"share problems and solutions.\" He and his team have high expectations for the work of the association of proximity operators: <strong>\u00ab<\/strong>What we expect from Assoprovider is that it continues to promote the sharing of ideas and information among members and that it always knows how to provide answers in times of need,\" emphasizes Alessio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the end of the interview, <strong>Alessio speaks about the necessity of passion for those operating in a market full of challenges like that of telecommunications.<\/strong>: \"Passion becomes the foundation of everything, allowing one to feel like a permanent beta, continuously experimenting and never feeling simply like managers of Excel files.
