What has emerged from your analyses?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00ab<\/strong>Telecom Italia still has the 30 billion from various IPOs and mergers. <strong>Imagine now what would have happened if this amount had been invested entirely in broadband.<\/strong> Today, we would probably not have a network in FTTC, but rather two networks in FTTH with significantly different macroeconomic impacts on the country's system. Chi ci ha provato ha sempre dovuto pagare le conseguenze di un sistema obsoleto che premia lo status quo, funzionale alle solite logiche speculative. Il problema per\u00f2 non \u00e8 solo a monte, poich\u00e9 la tradizione italiana \u00e8 stata sempre caratterizzata da una bassa collaborazione politica e sociale in tutti i livelli. Faccio un esempio: i piccoli azionisti di Telecom dopo anni di lavoro incessante a beneficio del Paese non superano neanche l&#8217;1% del capitale di Telecom in un Paese dove ci sono circa 500.000 piccoli azionisti che potrebbero rappresentare oltre il 50% del capitale. <strong>Bisognerebbe iniziare con delle politiche che favoriscano l&#8217;aggregazione dei piccoli, anche con campagne mediatiche.<\/strong> Even if the media are quite moderate, to use an understatement.
