The PNRR, as the debt of Italians, is a collective resource par excellence and cannot be used to distort competition in a sector as delicate for the future of the country as telecommunications,\" explains Dino Bortolotto, president of Assoprovider.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>The PNRR, a mysterious object?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This is what the PNRR looks like today, a mysterious object to which everyone pays the utmost attention. Through the contribution of its experts, the association will attempt during the first part of the event to clarify the PNRR and offer some insights to attendees on how to navigate and leverage the opportunities of the instrument:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\"With collective debt, only assets that are exclusively owned by the State should be constructed, for which there must be transparent and non-discriminatory use. Furthermore, there is a need for the construction costs of these assets to be under the control of trade associations, like ours, which must be able to contribute from the definition of the technical requirements of the assets within the tenders,\" continues Bortolotto.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5G and LoraWan<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The second macro-theme that will be addressed at the event concerns the opportunities that this particular moment in the telecommunications market offers to entrepreneurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The word \"opportunity\" is interpreted here in a dual sense, both as forms of financing and as new technologies. Among these, experts will focus particularly on LoraWan for the Internet of Things, on which Assoprovider is working: several companies producing solutions will be present at the event, offering new possibilities for proximity operators to stand out in the market and provide increasingly personalized services to consumers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There will also be discussions on 5G and the investment scenarios it opens up for operators, including in the world of interactive television.<br><br>\"Local operators will only survive and thrive if they are able to continue opposing the large national operators that have commercial, technical offices and customer care far from their consumers.
