Assoprovider tools to facilitate compliance

Assoprovider is developing various tools to simplify the management of compliance and reduce the bureaucratic impact on ISPs and WISPs. Here are the main ongoing initiatives:

1. SaaS service for compliance management

An exclusive software for members, designed to:

Automate the completion of the documentation required by the authorities.
Remember deadlines and send notifications to avoid delays.
Centralize the management of regulatory obligations in a single platform.

This tool was developed thanks to the contribution of member Donato Filomena, who integrated it into his solutions for the telecommunications sector.

2. Guide to ISP-WISP Compliance

A detailed brochure that clearly summarizes:

The annual deadlines with the related procedures.
The methods of sending communications to the competent authorities.
Practical tips to simplify compliance with obligations.

Less bureaucracy, more innovation: Assoprovider's battle to reduce requirements

The telecommunications sector is crucial for the country's economic growth and innovation. However, Italian ISPs and WISPs are facing an increasingly heavy bureaucratic burden, with as many as 23 annual requirements that take away time and resources from the growth and development of services.

Assoprovider believes that the time has come to streamline these procedures, making the activity of independent operators simpler and more sustainable. For this reason, over the next two years, we will advocate for decisive action with the competent authorities and the political world, with the aim of:

Reduce the number of mandatory requirements by eliminating those that are superfluous or redundant.
Simplify communication and reporting procedures, avoiding duplication and excessive requests.
Digitize and automate bureaucratic processes, eliminating unnecessary obstacles and delays.
Ensure that the regulations are proportionate to the size of the operators, so that SMEs in the sector do not face disproportionate burdens compared to the large players.
Improve the dialogue with institutions so that regulatory decisions take into account the real needs of the market.

This battle is not just a matter of efficiency, but of survival for companies in the sector, which must be able to compete in an increasingly complex market without being suffocated by bureaucracy.

Access to the SaaS service for compliance management

Assoprovider members can activate the SaaS service for managing compliance by filling out the appropriate form. Once the verification by the secretariat is completed, which will certify the member status, access credentials to the reserved area will be provided.
For members, there is also a webinar dedicated December 2024 of Eng. Pasini the consultant who manages the AP-NORMATIVA list, dedicated to members and author of the TLC Compliance Agenda 2025.
