Assoprovider is experimenting with new technologies such as Blockchain, through the partnership with Algorand.
On the sidelines of APMPRO22, Assoprovider's first Market Place, we recalled the strategic importance of this collaboration with Sergio Caserta, ambassador of the Algorand Foundation.
"Algorand is a third-generation blockchain, which therefore stands out for its very high performance and very low costs, in addition to the great ease of development. I presented this tool to Assoprovider members over a year ago, because I foresaw great possibilities in blockchain applications connected to the Internet of Things. IoT is the latest frontier in Telecommunications, while we can now consider wi-fi as surpassed."
Within Assoprovider, Algorand has identified not only great interest but also significant expertise to build new networks and applications.
Caserta recalls, for example, “the LoraWan network, very efficient, with very low consumption, which allows the operation of sensors whose battery can be replaced after months, if not years”.
