February 2014 – Assoprovider breaks the oligopoly of TCL in Italy
After nearly 10 years of battles, during which Assoprovider denounced the anti-competitive state of the Italian telecommunications market even at the European level, Assoprovider achieved, with the "Destinazione Italia" decree, in Article 6, the reformulation of the contributions established by Annex 10 of Decree 259/2003 (Communications Code), opening the telecommunications market to medium and small-sized enterprises that have always been pioneers in the telecommunications sector in Italy.
