I am attaching, as agreed with the Assoprovider Board of Directors, a draft letter to be completed with your data and sent to local authorities that request your utilities in order to calculate and charge you the single fee for the occupation of public land, which, in our opinion, and based on recent regulatory changes, should be paid solely by the concessionaire.
This is a draft that can obviously be supplemented with your observations.
The Association, as reported to me by the President, will promote a circular to be sent to local authorities, informing them of the regulatory changes.
