The telecommunications sector is among the most regulated: to navigate the vast amount of rules and regulations to comply with, Assoprovider offers its members legal advice through the AP-Legal mailing list. We discussed this with Vincenzo Gallotto, Assoprovider Lawyer, on the sidelines of APRO22, the national event of the association, held in Rome last November 11.

"The idea shared with Assoprovider is to provide legal and regulatory support through the AP-Legal mailing list on daily issues and challenges faced by Proximity Operators. Providers operate in a highly regulated market, where new compliance requirements arise every day: the small operator, who often lacks an internal legal structure, needs support like that offered by the association," explained Gallotto in an interview with Enzo Colarusso (LabTv).
