Becoming a provider: step no. 1

The first step you will need to take is the "declaration of commencement of activity for ISP” to Ministry of Economic Development. In the registered letter, you must include the following attachments:

  • Chamber of Commerce certificate with Indication of Validity and Anti-Mafia (which you can request from the Chamber of Commerce)
  • Substitute Declaration of the Judicial Record
  • Copy of the applicant's signed identity card (the legal representative).

Becoming a provider: step no. 2

The second step is the "declaration of commencement of activity for Wireless ISP". The registered letter to be sent to the Ministry of Economic Development must contain:

  • Chamber of Commerce Certificate with Indication of Validity and Anti-Mafia
  • Substitute Declaration of the Judicial Record
  • Copy of the applicant's signed identity card (the legal representative).

Becoming a provider: step no. 3

The third step is registration with the ROC, or the "Communication Operators Register.

How to become a provider: step no. 4

As the last certificate, you will need to send the declaration of commencement of activity, the "DIA for Voice and VoIP Resellers".  The attachments you will need to send by registered mail are:

  • Chamber of Commerce Certificate with Indication of Validity and Anti-Mafia (you can request it from the Chamber of Commerce)
  • Substitute Declaration of the Judicial Record
  • Signed copy of the applicant's identity card (the legal representative).

You have now reached the end of your journey. You can now operate as a provider in the city you have chosen.
