Connectivity is an essential requirement for digital development, and providing ultra-broadband connectivity is therefore crucial.
Our project is a long-term initiative aimed at providing and ensuring the infrastructure for 5G coverage and fixed wireless connectivity, laying the groundwork for future service expansions.
The experience gained by CESAF in building telecommunications infrastructure has led to a collaboration agreement with the Italian fund Green Arrow, specialized in Clean Energy & Infrastructure. Green Arrow Infrastrutture per il Futuro (GAIF), the fund dedicated to this activity, will invest, among other things, in energy infrastructure, energy storage, charging systems and services, and smart parking to develop sustainable mobility.
CESAF, as EPC, and Green Arrow, as project partner, have planned an investment aimed at the development of digitalization, with the ambitious goal of building at least 2,000 passive infrastructures in Italy by 2025, aiming to become a key player in the country's digital transformation.
Cesaf proposes the implementation—at its own expense—of complementary infrastructures to the development plans of the INTERESTED party.
We consider THIS venue and the collaboration with Assoprovider an excellent opportunity TO open a dialogue for sharing our infrastructure development plan with you, proposing our unique features for the maximum optimization of your coverage objectives.
The project —
OPTION 1.
CESAF builds new infrastructures in areas agreed with Assoprovider;
ON THESE SAME STRUCTURES, MEMBERS WILL BE ABLE TO INSTALL THEIR OWN TRANSMISSION EQUIPMENT UNDER INCENTIVE CONDITIONS.
OPTION 2.
CESAF RENEWS EXISTING POSITIONS (REPLACEMENT OF THE STRUCTURE). BY BECOMING THE OWNER, CESAF GUARANTEES HOSPITALITY TO ALL INTERESTED MEMBERS, UNDER THE GENERAL CONDITIONS PREVIOUSLY AGREED WITH ASSOPROVIDER.
OPTION 3.
CESAF ACQUIRES EXISTING STRUCTURES. CESAF GUARANTEES HOSPITALITY TO ALL INTERESTED MEMBERS, UNDER THE GENERAL CONDITIONS PREVIOUSLY AGREED WITH ASSOPROVIDER.
OPTION 4.
CESAF IS INTERESTED IN BECOMING AN ACTIVE PARTNER IN ANY FUTURE PROJECTS.
We emphasize THAT CESAF/GAIF DO NOT SELL SERVICES BUT Provide SPACES FOR THE Hosting OF TRANSMISSION EQUIPMENT of third parties (not exclusively mobile phone operators; any other operator with the necessary ministerial authorizations who requests it, including potential operators in the television sector).
How it works —
Option 1. NEW STRUCTURES
THE MEMBER PROPOSES AREAS OF INTEREST; CESAF ANALYZES THEM AND IF DEEMED INTERESTING, INITIATES THE BUREAUCRATIC-PROJECT PROCESS FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE RELATED INFRASTRUCTURES.
Option 2. RENEWAL OF existing STRUCTURES
THE MEMBER COMMUNICATES TO CESAF THE AREA WHERE THE STATION IS LOCATED, THE EXISTING CONFIGURATION, AND THE DETAILS OF THE ACTIVE AND PASSIVE CONTRACTS IN PLACE. CESAF WILL RESPOND WITHIN 7 DAYS.
Option 3. Acquisition of existing structures
THE MEMBER COMMUNICATES TO CESAF the amount they would be interested in selling the infrastructure for. CESAF WILL RESPOND WITHIN 7 DAYS.
Option 4. FUTURE PROJECTS
The ASSOCIATE provides Cesaf with a detailed report and a business plan regarding the project they are interested in developing. CESAF, WITHIN 15 DAYS, will provide feedback.
