“The DPO is not a jinx, who goes to the company to tell them how to comply with privacy regulations”. With a joke, the historical legal representative of Assoprovider, lawyer Fulvio Sarzana, tells us about a complex topic like the DPO, the Data Protection Office, established under the GDPR.
With his speech during the first Assoprovider Market Place, held in Rome, Sarzana explains to us that, in reality, "respecting privacy is not a problem for a company, but a great opportunity to improve everyone's life. The DPO in particular allows us to avoid problems and sanctions, advising the company on how to best comply with the regulations."
