In addition to the range of solutions Kalliope – designed for System Integrators and Service Providers – NetResults thanks to Atena designs and develops platforms and solutions for the perceptual measurement of the Quality of Experience of IT services (Testing&Monitoring).
NetResults is capable of offering customized design solutions (from desktop to carrier grade) and professional services of the highest technical-scientific level, with a tailored approach to crafting the most suitable solution for the client, in the perspective of Unified Communication & Collaboration.
Our History
Kalliope is a brand of NetResults, a company that was founded in 2006 as a Spin-Off of the University of Pisa, producing ICT systems for digital transformation in businesses, with a focus on Industry 4.0 and Smart Working, strongly oriented towards Research and Development, especially in the fields of VoIP and MoIP.
This type of approach led the company to launch on the market, in 2008, the range of VoIP PBXs KalliopePBX.
In the 2017 the new KalliopePBX V4 product line, with a renewed highly scalable and multitenant architecture, brings Kalliope into the Service Provider market with the new platform Kalliope4SP.
From 2021 all Kalliope features are also available in Public Cloud thanks to KalliopeCloud, the on-premises solution without infrastructure costs.
Mission
Kalliope was created with the aim of bringing technology closer to the user, particularly by simplifying the adoption and use of Multimedia over IP for both industry players and end users, improving the communication and team collaboration processes of its clients with a view to work-life balance.
The Kalliope offering is aimed at telco operators, telephone installers, Internet Service Providers (ISP), and software developers interested in introducing VoIP, MoIP, and Unified Communication technologies into their products or to their clients. The B2B business model relies on a network of value-added resellers (VAR), both national and European.
