Assoprovider in support of startups with Explosiva, an event organized and promoted by Stecca, a coworking and incubation space for new ideas in Torre del Greco, Campania, and a partner of the association.
Explosiva, presented to the press on June 3 at the Stecca premises in Molini Marzoli of Torre del Greco, is a challenge for startups in the Vesuvius area. There will be 15 finalists in the process, and the winning idea will be awarded a prize pool in services worth 40,000 euros.
The initiative also sees the partnership of Regione Campania, Banca di Credito Popolare, Dipartimento di Studi Aziendali ed Economici Università degli Studi di Napoli Parthenope, Consorzio Costa del Vesuvio, Edi Confcommercio, and Enea.
Explosiva accelerates innovation in two steps
The event takes place in two phases. The first, between June and July, where events are held with entrepreneurs and professionals discussing topics such as entrepreneurial idea validation, business model, business plan, marketing strategies, and investment measures.
And then the challenge, between September 14 and October 14, where startups from the Vesuvian area of Campania can present their innovative idea, which will be submitted to a technical jury composed of project partners. This jury will evaluate 15 finalist projects and among these, a winner will be chosen to receive 40,000 euros in services (coworking spaces, technological infrastructure, consultancy) to turn their idea into a business:
"The partnership with Stecca was established to leverage Assoprovider's technical expertise in supporting the creation of new technology enterprises. The association is attentive to new trends and is increasingly opening channels to attract talent and support them in creating new disruptive projects in the telecommunications field," explains Antonio Aprea, member of the association and head of Assoprovider Campania.
Explosiva, a channel for doing business
To offer local startups a reference market, reliable partners, and useful services for growth. These are the objectives of Explosiva, which is launching the first edition of its program:
"Today is a good day for doing business. We wanted to trigger and bring together all the ingredients to ensure the success of entrepreneurial proposals: an integrated system of technical services, an understanding of the needs of the territory, aiming at entrepreneurial ideas that serve as a catalyst for the reactivation of the economy," states Giuliana Esposito, CEO of Stecca.
