«QBOXmail handles corporate email management and the associated infrastructure for resellers: our solution is therefore aimed at other companies, such as ISPs».
The company's value proposition consists of 3 factors. First, "a white label control panel where providers can create and manage all customer email accounts," explains Cecchi. Second, "a webmail for end customers to manage their emails, with the ability to also consult the calendar and shared activities."
Third, a series of additional services that increase the value of the offer for providers:
"For example, we have a service for recovering emails from backups to retrieve any messages accidentally deleted. Or a real-time log analysis system: sent and received messages are all tracked. This way, we can monitor the status of a sent message, streamlining the help desk activities of Operators towards customers."
