News that, Pasini explained, "streamline the cumbersome procedures that had accumulated over the years, in order to spend the billions from the PNRR for the creation of 5G and ultra-broadband infrastructures."

The objective of the Vademecum, distributed free of charge during the event, was precisely to "provide local authorities and companies with a tool to facilitate the installation of telecommunications infrastructure".

The structure of the handbook, the engineer further explains, is "quite simple: it starts with civil works, moves through underground excavations, and introduces radioelectric infrastructures and building cabling, essentially delving into all the innovations of legislative decree 207, which has transposed the European regulations."
